NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS OF SALE
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 1-888-561-4866 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises, or once paid, is in storage. Because of very limited space, we are unable to hold a sold vehicle longer than 2 weeks. After that we reserve the right to move the vehicle to a long term storage facility of our choosing. Buyer must pay any additional storage fees. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and all paperwork signed and returned before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.
BUYERS INSPECTION Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Land Rover San Antonio has carefully inspected the vehicle and tried to honestly disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have age appropriate wear such as dings, scratches, etc. and mechanical parts are subject to failure. Land Rover San Antonio welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection done, please make sure you set-up the inspection with a shop we may approve of, pre-pay, and then we will transport the vehicle to said shop, as long as it is a reasonable distance from our facility. Inspection of the vehicle must be complete no later than 24 hours prior to the auction ending. Keep in mind that the shop doing the inspection is paid to find something wrong. As with all used cars, there are the ususal items that are commonplace on most, if not all, pre-driven cars. These items may or may not be possible to correct in light of the price the auto is being offered for and it's miles and age.. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees, prior to the inspection. LRSA will always do a thorough pre-sale inspection and correct those things important for safe operation of the vehicle. However, it is offered AS-IS. Once purchased there is no cooling-off period. You will own it AS-IS/WHERE-IS.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS-IS". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
We reserve the right to CANCEL all bids and END an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
BID RETRACTIONS
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will they be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDERS/NEW "ZERO" FEEDBACK BIDDERS
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. IF WE FIND THAT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDER IS BIDDING WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THOSE BIDS PLACED BY THAT NEGATIVE BIDDER, IMMEDIATELY. NEW EBay bidders with ZERO FEEDBACK rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Land Rover San Antonio within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. NOTE: Please be advised that if you must "cash-in" stocks/bonds or other investment vehicles, do so prior to bidding, as you must pay in full within 4 days, per our terms of sale. If you need financing use our "On-Line Credit Application" link and we will contact you with our decision.
NON-PAYING BIDDER
If the deposit is not received within 24 Hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 4 days following the close of auction and reciept of the deposit, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. DEPOSIT will be retained if payment in full isn't completed within the 4 business days allowed. These terms and others applicable to any auction purchase from LAND ROVER SAN ANTONIO, are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
